Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All participation fees, workshop packages, and related services purchased through this website are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Event Participation
By completing a registration and payment, participants secure their place at the Asklepios Congress under the selected category.
The Organizer does not offer refunds for:
- Change of plans
- Inability to attend
- Personal or professional reasons
3. Workshop Packages
Workshop packages represent the right to select and attend a number of workshops after they are announced.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Unused workshop credits
- Failure to select workshops in time
- Limited availability of specific workshops
4. Student Active Upgrade
The upgrade to active student status is non-refundable once completed.
This includes:
- Abstract submission
- Premium welcome kit allocation
- Included workshop entitlement
5. Event Cancellation
In the event that the Asklepios Congress is cancelled by the Organizer, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
6. Changes to the Event
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, workshop availability, or speakers.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
