General Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is operated by OSM Sibiu, organizer of Asklepios Congress (the \u201cOrganizer\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing this website and completing a registration or purchase, the user (the \u201cParticipant\u201d) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Participation Categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants may register under one of the following categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specialist \/ Senior Medical Doctor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resident Doctor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Registration and User Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate registrations containing incorrect or incomplete information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Participation Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation fees are displayed on the website and may vary depending on the selected category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are processed online via the integrated payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to certain benefits (e.g. active participation, workshops) is conditioned upon successful payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Student Active Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students may become active participants by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paying the applicable fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitting a valid abstract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to review and reject abstracts that do not meet the required standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Workshops and Workshop Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workshops are accessed through the purchase of workshop packages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 workshop package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 workshops package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 workshops package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><br>\nThe purchase of a workshop package does NOT guarantee participation in a specific workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It only grants the right to select workshops after the official program is published, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workshop allocation is based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First come, first served<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Workshop Selection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the workshop schedule is published:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants will be able to select workshops from their account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection is subject to available capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unused workshop credits do not guarantee reserved seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation fees and workshop packages are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-refundable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exception:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, all paid fees will be fully refunded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Program Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to modify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The congress schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The list of workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speakers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These changes do not entitle participants to compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal Data (GDPR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data collected is used solely for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizing the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating with participants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By registering, the Participant consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All materials presented during the congress belong to their respective authors and may not be reproduced without prior consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A participant\u2019s inability to attend due to personal reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Errors made by participants when submitting their information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
